We had a visitor this morning in a tree next to the playground. This is another reminder to be VERY careful walking to and from school, especially if you walk through the trail on the north side of the school. When this happens we send an email blast to parents, call security to keep an eye on the bear, and have students come into the school when they arrive. Students are also kept secure in the building until the threat has passed.
