Do you have a child that will be 5 years old on or before October 1st? If so, you will want to register during our In-District Priority Window. The priority window will be open from February 24 to March 2, 2025, on our website at www.cmsd12.org/enroll. To complete your registration, you will need to upload the following items:
Proof of residency in District 12 (warranty deed, closing contract, or a current signed rental agreement with a current utility bill, etc.)
Child’s birth certificate
Most recent immunization record
Special Education IEP or 504 (if applicable or not already on file with CMSD12)
Letters regarding school assignments will be mailed around March 24, 2025.
Student registrations will not be processed if any required documents are missing.
